I’m an entrepreneur and researcher, creator and facilitator of opportunities and strategies for human development
I study and research Neuroscience, Cognitive Practices and Processes, Behavioral Sciences, Quantum Physics, and the interrelationship between mind, body, and environment, applying these concepts in my training programs.
For over 20 years, I have dedicated myself to preparing and training professionals for leadership and international careers. Over the years, I have supported many students and professionals during pivotal moments of transformation in their lives.
Along this journey, I have also changed—studying, reinventing myself, creating new projects, and applying new techniques, always striving to think “outside the box” and embracing new challenges

As an International Consultant & Coach, Expert in Corporate Communication, International Relations, Leadership Development, and Global Career Advisory, I provide consulting, strategic advisory and capacity-building programs for senior professionals and organizations in international and diplomatic contexts.
My work has included consultancy for European institutions, as well as designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and lectures for international organizations, universities, and NGOs.
I am regularly invited to contribute articles, research, and analytical commentary on international relations and global political developments.
Also planned, organized and coordinated Debate Series with leading specialists on international topics such as Multilateralism, Latin America, the European Union, and Globalization.
As an independent researcher, participated in NACI (International Situation Analysis Nucleus ) at PUC-SP (Brazil).
As an entrepreneur, I created and coordinated the project called Semana de Estudos ( Study Week at UN in Geneva), enabling Brazilian professionals and students to immerse in the daily life within International Organizations. http://semanadeestudos.com
